あいかわらず窓の杜大賞はわけがわからんな

大賞(第1位)はFirefoxなんだが、賞品のVMWare Workstationはどこに送るのだろう、というのもさることながら。
金賞(第2位)がAdobe Reader SpeedUpで、これの賞品がバッファローのLinkStation HD-H160LWGなわけですよ。
で、それをさっそく送ったらしい。作者のところに。
しかし作者は英国在住。

But there's a problem. The unit was sent to me in the UK directly from Japan, and that means.. it uses the Japanese electricial specification. That is, it has a 2-pronged plug and takes 100volts. In the UK we have 3-pronged plugs and 240volts.

Not good. I get a nice new toy and I can't use it. I've emailed Impress and asked them if there is any way that I could get hold of a UK unit. Eeeeee!
